Health Insurance

Medical coverage is through Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield which has a nationwide network and a comprehensive list of Doctors and Hospitals. Terillium offers the option of 100% premium paid coverage for you and your family.

Dental Coverage

Dental coverage is through Guardian, and coverage is nationwide. Terillium pays 100% of the monthly premium for your family's Dental Coverage.

Life Insurance

The Term Life Insurance Policy is offered to you through The Hartford. Terillium pays 100% of the premium for an annual $350,000 policy for our employees. Any additional insurance can be purchased by the employee through payroll deduction.

Disability Insurance

The Disability Insurance Policy is offered to you through The Hartford after 90 days of employment. Terillium pays 100% of the annual premium for the policy. Disability Insurance will pay 66% of the employee's monthly earnings after 90 days of disability.

401K Savings Plan

Terillium Inc. is pleased to offer each employee the opportunity to contribute to our 401K Savings Plan through The Standard. Terillium's 401K Plan consists of 19 funds available through Reliance Trust and administered through The Standard. Each employee has Internet access to their funds for review and/or reallocation of investments. All contributions are immediately vested. The employee is eligible after 1 month of employment.

Health Savings Account

Terillium provides a Health Savings Account through PNC Bank. An HSA allows the employee to set aside a certain amount of money from each paycheck into an account on a pre-tax basis.
