Health InsuranceMedical coverage is through Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield which has a nationwide network and a comprehensive list of Doctors and Hospitals. Terillium pays 100% of the monthly premium for your family's Health coverage.
Dental CoverageDental coverage is through Principal Financial Group, and coverage is nationwide. Terillium pays 100% of the monthly premium for your family's Dental Coverage.
Life InsuranceThe Term Life Insurance Policy is offered to you through The Hartford. Terillium pays 100% of the premium for an annual $350,000 policy for our employees. Any additional insurance can be purchased by the employee through payroll deduction.
Disability InsuranceThe Disability Insurance Policy is offered to you through The Hartford after 90 days of employment. Terillium pays 100% of the annual premium for the policy. Disability Insurance will pay 66% of the employee's monthly earnings after 90 days of disability.
401K Savings PlanTerillium Inc. is pleased to offer each employee the opportunity to contribute to our 401K Savings Plan through The Standard. Terillium's 401K Plan consists of 16 funds available through Reliance Trust and administered through The Standard. Each employee has Internet access to their funds for review and/or reallocation of investments. Terillium will also match your contribution dollar for dollar for the first 3%, after that Terillium will match $.50 on the dollar for the next 2% of your annual compensation, with company contributions vested immediately. The employee is eligible after 1 month of employment.
Flexible Spending AccountTerillium provides a Flexible Spending Account through PrimePay. A FSA allows the employee to set aside a certain amount of money from each paycheck into an account on a pre-tax basis.
