We are looking for talented industry and consulting professionals to join with our core team. Our focus is directed at eBusiness and EnterpriseOne and implementations and upgrades. Our consultants are required to assist clients in developing new business processes and use Oracle’s product to support these processes.
We have a requirement for Consultants that have implementation experience in Oracle eBusiness and the majority of the following applications: Human Resources, Payroll, and Advanced Benefits (OAB). Prefer working knowledge of iRecruitment, Learning Management, Self Service HR, and Time and Labor (OTL) and a working understanding of underlying Oracle HRMS table structures and integration points. Implementation experience must include requirement determination, gap analysis, business process and solution design, application setup, application testing and support.
Skills Required
Experience with MS Projects, Excel, and Visio preferred. Any prior Oracle technical skills including TOAD, SQL, SQL*Plus, and Discoverer is also desired. Should also be comfortable discussing subject matter expertise during business development activities.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
5 – 7 Years Consulting Experience
Multiple eBusiness implementations
2-3 Years R12 Human Resources experience
Travel is required
Midwest Residence Strongly Preferred
