JD Edwards Implementation Methodology
Terillium's approach to software implementation is always a joint effort between our customer and our own implementation team. It takes dedicated resources and commitment from each organization to ensure success is achieved. We should share in the risks, benefits and bring forth a good faith effort in completing the project on time and on budget.

We believe that our implementation methodology supports the strategy of knowledge transfer and utilization of your organization's resources actively on the project. Our approach uses the Oracle architecture to build on the knowledge gained from the previous stages. It utilizes a hands-on prototype strategy, which is called a "Conference Room Pilot" (CRP). In effect, our consultants and a core group of your staff set up a working prototype of JD Edwards in a conference room atmosphere. We continually improve and enhance this prototype through multiple cycles until the implementation team is satisfied with the results.
Terillium also utilizes the Oracle Business Accelerators to help reduce implementation times and cost for JD Edwards.
Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation
Terillium utilizes Oracle's own Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) for implementing Oracle E-Business Suite. This methodology is very structured and has been utilized thousands of times across the globe to successfully implement Oracle software. AIM is structured in six phases, as illustrated below, with multiple processes crossing these phases, as indicated along the left side of the diagram.

The AIM documentation contains literally thousands of pages of details describing specifics regarding tasks, resources, deliverables, and more. We would be happy to talk with you to describe in additional detail how this methodology works, why it is effective, and how Terillium can utilize it to achieve success with your organization.
For companies looking for an accelerated implementation, utilizing Oracle's Accelerator may the best approach. The Accelerator is a tool that pre-configures the software to meet standard requirements based on your responses to a questionnaire about your organization. This approach can significantly reduce the time and cost of your implementation. |
