"As I think about our work with Terillium, I keep coming back to the word "partnership". While admittedly a much over-used term, it accurately describes this project in any number of ways.
A few comments to try to expand on our partnership:
Park has a very strong culture that puts a high premium on collaboration. All of the consultants appreciated this dynamic at Park and adapted both their technical expertise as well as their work style to best advantage of the implementation at Park.
If I ever had an issue or concern at an executive level, I never hesitation to call as I knew that the issue would be taken seriously and resolved. For instance, when we were having the web exception errors just prior to go-live, Terillum personally helped work through the issue so that we arrived at a conclusion with which we could be comfortable.
Terillium was extremely knowledgeable about the software and business processes but did not dictate solutions to Park associates. Terillium has a reputation within Park of being open-minded as to what our business needs are and how to address them.
When we needed extra help in targeted areas, Terillium responded. This was critical to our team and organization feeling comfortable as we progressed.
Terillium's extensive, practical knowledge of how the system is used in other organizations was invaluable. In many ways, I regard Terillium more like coaches rather than consultants.
Even though this aspect of the project is coming to close, the relationship between Terillium and Park is not."
